I do not have a van. Grooming takes place in your own home, so please ensure you're aware of this before booking.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept card payments via a Square card reader and bank transfers via starling.

 

How quickly can I get a quote?

I typically respond within one working day, often sooner. Please note, while working, I cannot reply immediately but will get back to you as soon as possible.

 

How long will my appointment take?

Appointment length varies based on your pet's size and coat condition.

 

How often should my dog be groomed?

Regular grooming every 4 to 6 weeks is recommended, depending on coat type and condition.

 

How old should my dog be to start grooming?

Your puppy can be groomed starting from 12 weeks of age. Regular grooming helps with socialisation and comfortable handling.

 

Do short-haired dogs need grooming?

Yes, all pets benefit from grooming. It helps manage shedding, improves coat condition, and reduces hair around your home.

 

What if my dog has sensitive skin?

Your pet’s wellbeing is my top priority. All shampoos used are vegan, puppy-friendly, cruelty-free, and free from SLS, SLES, alcohol, and parabens.

 

Do you groom pregnant or unvaccinated pets?

Yes, I can groom pregnant or unvaccinated pets; however, owners must sign a consent form accepting any associated risks. Pregnant dogs can be groomed up to 10-14 days before their due date.

 

Do you offer nail clipping?

Yes, nail clipping is included in all grooming services. If you require nail clipping only, there is a minimum charge of £30.

 

Do you offer ear plucking and anal gland services?

No, I do not provide these services due to their invasive nature and infection risks. Please consult your veterinarian for these treatments.

 

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy 

• All deposits are non-refundable once paid.

• You may reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours in advance of your original booking.

• Cancellations or changes within 48 hours of your appointment are not permitted. A new deposit will be required to secure another slot.

• This policy is in place to ensure fair use of appointment slots and respect for time allocated.
